How Mailifier Teams works

Team is a collaboration tool for Mailifier users designed to manage roles, limits and permissions. You can delegate different types of tasks to team members and set their verifications limits.

Getting started

Go to "Team" page at your dashboard to create and manage your team. You can be admin/member of only one team at same time. Click "Create Team" button and enter name of your new team.


NOTE: You can't create your own team while you are a member of existing one. "Team" page is accessible only for admins and users without team membership.


Inviting users to your team

When you've become an admin of your brand new team, you can invite users to it. Click "Invite user" button and type an email of user you want to invite. Invited user getting email notification to confirm invitation.


You can edit invited user's parameters such as permissions and credit limits after sending an invitation even before it confirmed.


NOTE: You can invite only already registered Mailifier users. Unconfirmed invited users have no access to team functionality.


Team permissions

Permissions define what part of Mailifier functionality team member can use. Team admin has all permissions and "Admin" specific permission by default. Click "Edit" to set new permissions and limits to team member. Only team admins can edit members and get member list.


Every new member has "Bulk" and "Single" permissions and 1000 credit limit.


NOTE: You've become a team member and you can't see such tabs as "Bulk" or "Single"? This means thatyou have no permission to access these tabs in your team. Contact your team admin to check/edit your permissions if you have such problems.


Team credit limits

When you've become a team member you are spending credits of your team admin, not yours. Amount of available verifications is defined by max credit limit. Team member will get back their credits balance after leaving the team.


NOTE 1: Team admin DOESN'T TRANSFER credits to team members. All team members using admin's credits. So if team admin has only 100 credits, team members will not be able to spend 1000 credits that defined by their credit limit.


NOTE 2: Credit limit is just a limit. If you had credit limit 5, for example, and you have spent them all, after setting new credit limit with 1000 checks by your admin - you will have 995 credits at your balance. Not 1000(You've spent 5 already, remember?)


Team data sharing

Team admin can see and download results of every team member verification. If you are admin of the team you will see additional sorting dropdown at Single and Bulk to filter results by users.


NOTE: Here in Mailifier we are convinced that your data is only yours. So if you will leave team, you still will have all your verifications and tasks, that were processed while you've been in membership, as your own. In turn, after you leave the team, the team admin will lose access to the tasks created by you. We consider this to be the most honest approach to data  uploaded by users, no matter whose credits they are spending.
