1. I confirmed my team invitation and I cannot use Apps/Teams/Buy Credits now
Team members can't buy credits by their own. Team members cannot create they own team while they are already in another team. Access to Mailifier functions is regulated by member permissions. Contact your team admin to find out what you can do in this team.
2. I'm in the team now but I have only 1000 credits. Where is my credits?
No worries, they didn't disappear. While you are a member of the team, you spending credits of your dear team admin. And admin sets limits for members to define how much they can spend. You will get all your own credits back if you will leave the team.
3. Can I become an admin of some team?
No. Create your own
4. Wow, admin set my credit limit to 1 billion. Am I rich now?
Only if your admin has that billion. Credit limit is only limit, this is not a credit balance.
5. I want to know who also works with me in team, but I'm not an admin. Is it even possible?
Nope, only team admin can see full list of team members.
Why? It fits very fine with our user data politics - users giving their permission to make them members of team but they are not giving their permission to make another Mailifier users able to see their personal data such as login or email.
6. So team admin can see my bulk and single verifications. What will happen to all this data if I will leave the team?
All your validation data will remain and you will find it at your dashboard even after you leave the team. And team admin will lose access to it. Your data is your own.
7. Can I be a member of multiple teams at once? I wanna be everywhere!
No, you can't be a member of more than one team at once.
